Further to the announcement made on 4 July 2023, the Board of Directors of UOL Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has today completed the disposal of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Parkroyal Kitchener Hotel Pte. Ltd ("PKH"). Accordingly, PKH has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
