We hereby notify you that subject to and in accordance with a second supplemental agency agreement relating to the Programme entered into on 25 September 2025, from and including 2 October 2025 (the Effective Date ), all rights, duties, obligations and powers of Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas under the Agency Agreement in relation to the Notes will be transferred to Citibank, N.A., London Branch as Principal Paying Agent, Transfer Agent, Calculation Agent, Exchange Agent and Paying Agent, and Citicorp International Limited as Registrar and CMU Lodging and Paying Agent (the Transition ).
