Telstra announces Euro 700 million bond issue

Telstra Group Limited (Telstra) priced a Euro 700 million (approximately AUD 1150 million) bond issue (the Notes) on 28 August 2024 during London time. The Notes are issued under Telstra s Debt Issuance Program Offering Circular dated 28 August 2024. The Notes are expected to be issued on 3 September 2024 and have a twelve-year maturity.

Telstra will use the proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.

This announcement is provided for the information of Telstra Corporation Limited noteholders.
