The Company hereby announces that the Non-Convertible Debentures Redemption settled on July 26, 2024
and a Mandatory Early Redemption Event has occurred.

Pursuant to Condition 11(b) of the Notes, the Company shall redeem all of the Notes by payment of the
Early Redemption Amount of U.S.$347,202,000 on the Early Redemption Date (being August 6, 2024)
together with interest accrued on the principal amount of the Notes to (but excluding) the date of such
redemption.
