Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): On February 27, 2025, the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors approved that the Company
will hold the 2025 annual general shareholders' meeting (the "2025 AGM" ) on June 13, 2025.

According to Section 1.01 and Section 13.01of the Indenture, the Bonds cannot be converted during the period from April 15, 2025 to June 13, 2025 due to the 2025 AGM.

On February 27, 2025, the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors resolved to approve the
distribution of a cash dividend of NTD13.00 per common share in the total amount of NTD50,214,156,616 in respect of the 2024 financial year. The Company's Board of Directors has not decided and approved the Cash Dividend Record Date and the adjustment to the Conversion Price cannot be calculated in accordance
with Section 13.05(g) of the Indenture yet. The Company will make announcement of the Cash Dividend Record Date, Cash Dividend Closed Period and adjustment to the Conversion Price due to the cash dividend in accordance with the Indenture in due course.
