The Board of Directors of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) wishes to announce as follows:
(1) PWON has released the Disclosure of Material Information or Facts to Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK) relating to the results of offer to purchase. PWON will accept for purchase the Notes with the aggregate principal amount of Notes to be purchased at US$66,555,000 Senior Notes due 2028.
(2) PWON has released an announcement on the final results of the offer to purchase pursuant the invitation to the holders of its 4.875% Senior Notes due 2028 (ISIN: XS2327392234), as per attached.
