(the "Corporation") dated April 25, 2019, on the issuance of $500,000,000 Senior Perpetual Capital Securities (the "Original Securities"), we advise that the Board of Directors of the Corporation, on June 25, 2019, authorized the issuance of additional senior perpetual capital securities, in an aggregate principal amount of at least $200 million (the "Additional Securities"), to be consolidated and form a single series with the Original Securities.
