Pursuant to the completion of the Scheme as announced by QT Vascular Ltd ("QT Vascular") on 28 July 2022, the transfer of listing status from QT Vascular to Quantum Healthcare Limited ("Company") has been completed and the Company will continue to have substantially the same directors and executive officers as those previously in QT Vascular. Please refer to QT Vascular's announcement dated 28 July 2022 and pages 24 to 25 of the scheme document dated 1 June 2022 released by QT Vascular for more details.

The Nominating Committee and the Board of the Company have reviewed and considered the qualifications and experience of Mr Ng, and are of the view that Mr Ng has the requisite experience and capability to contribute effectively in the Company and accordingly, have approved the appointment of Mr Ng as an Independent Director of the Company. The Board considers Mr Ng to be independent for the purposes of Rule 704(7) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist.
