Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Issuer refers to its announcement dated 24 March 2026 in relation to the planned leadership transition at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd ("F&NHB") (the "Previous Announcement"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement.

Further to the Previous Announcement, the Issuer attaches, for information, the announcement released by F&NHB on Bursa Malaysia on 30 September 2026 in relation to the implementation of the planned leadership transition, comprising:

(i) the retirement of Mr Lim Yew Hoe as Chief Executive Officer of F&NHB with effect from 30 September 2026; and

(ii) the appointment of Mr Tarang Gupta as Chief Executive Officer of F&NHB with effect from 1 October 2026.
