MIE Holdings Corporation announces that US$24 million (the Repurchased Bonds ) in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds issued by the Company on April 25, 2014 have been purchased by the Company from the open market. As of the date of this announcement, (i) the Repurchased Bonds that have been purchased by the Company have been cancelled by the Company and (ii) US$476 million in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds remain outstanding.
