We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company on January 30, 2024, have approved the allotment of 65,000 Redeemable, Listed, Secured, Taxable and Rated Non-Convertible Debentures under second tranche NCDs aggregating to Rs. 650 crores, on private placement basis, on terms and conditions as mentioned in the Placement Memorandum dated January 24, 2024.

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 8.06 p.a., payable quarterly and will be listed on the debt market segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
