On June 6, 2014, the Company annual general meeting of shareholders approved distribution of NT$1,443,636,767 from retained earnings and capital reserves (collectively, Cash Distribution ). The Cash Distribution is payable to shareholders of record on August 1, 2014. Pursuant to Article 13 of the Indenture ( Indenture ) dated October 13, 2010 between the Company and Citicorp International Limited, as Trustee, relating to issuance of the Bonds, the Bonds may not be converted during the period from July 7, 2014 to August 1, 2014 ( Closed Period ).
