The Company has completed the redemption of all the outstanding Notes, in an aggregate principal amount of US$ 175,000,000, on the Redemption Date at a redemption price of 102,238% of the principal amount thereof, being US$178,916,500, plus accrued and unpaid interest of US$ 1,001,000 to the Redemption Date. The total redemption price paid by the Company on the Redemption Date is US$ 179.917.500.
