The Board of Directors of IOI Corporation Berhad ("IOIC") wishes to announce that on 1 March 2018, all the conditions precedent as set out in the Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") dated 12 September 2017 entered between IOIC and Koninklijke Bunge B.V. have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms of the SPA. Accordingly, the SPA has been rendered unconditional on 1 March 2018.
