Notice

The Issuer and the Guarantors hereby announce the extension of the expected date of settlement of the New Notes to 28 November 2017. The Issuer and the Guarantors hereby further announce the extension of the expected date for payment of the Purchase Price and Accrued Interest Payments for the Notes accepted for purchase and settlement of such purchases to 29 November 2017.

Details of the Offer are further described in the Tender Offer Memorandum, which was made available to the Noteholders. The Offer commenced on 10 November 2017 and shall end on 21 November 2017, subject to adjustment by and at the sole discretion of the Issuer.
