Further to the Company's announcement dated 19 November 2025, Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd ("YKA"), an indirect 89.99%-owned subsidiary of the Company listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has announced today (http://www.cninfo.com.cn/new/disclosure/stock?stockCode=300999&orgId=9900039967), that its subsidiary, Yihai (Guangzhou) Oils & Grains Industries Co. Ltd. ("Guangzhou Yihai") has formally lodged an appeal with the Anhui Provincial High People's Court against the first-instance criminal judgment of the Huaibei Intermediate People's Court issued on 19 November 2025 finding Guangzhou Yihai guilty of contractual fraud. A hearing date for the appeal has not been set yet.
