The Board of Directors (the Board) of Miyoshi Limited (the Company, together with its subsidiaries, the Group) refers to its earlier announcement dated 10 February 2015 entitled Claims against a Main Contractor and earlier announcement dated 8 April 2015 entitled Updates on Claims against a Main Contractor (collectively, the Earlier Announcement). Unless otherwise defined, the capitalized words and phrases used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has on 14 April 2015 filed a Notice of Discontinuance to discontinue the Claim against the Contractor.
