The Directors wish to announce that the Company will no longer be relying on the General Mandate and will instead be seeking specific approval from shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") for the allotment and issuance of the Placement Shares at the Placement Price at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be convened.

The Board wishes to inform the Shareholders that due to an oversight, the Circular and Notice of EGM that were submitted to SGX-ST in connection with the Application were erroneously made available to Shareholders on 7 June 2021 by electronic means before SGX-ST has formally advised the Company of its non-objection to the issuance of the Circular and Notice of EGM. Accordingly, Shareholders should disregard the Circular. Please refer to the attachment sesplacement21C.
