The Company will allot and issue to the Placees an aggregate of 4,985,755 treasury shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of S$0.351 for each Placement Share, amounting to an aggregate gross consideration of S$1,750,000. The Placement Shares will be allotted from the Company's treasury shares. The Company will not be making an application to the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST as the Placement Shares will be allotted from the Company's treasury shares. Upon the completion of the Placement, the Company's treasury shares will be 21,436,652.
