The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, a subsidiary of SML listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released information in relation to its Bond Program of up to IDR3 trillion (equivalent to S$300 million) ("Information").
