Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Further to the announcements of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") of 30 March 2015, 5 May 2015 and 22 May 2015, the Board of Directors of SML wishes to announce that PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk ("PDL") has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 29 May 2015.

A press release dated 29 May 2015 by PDL ("Press Release") regarding its initial public offering of 4,819,811,100 new ordinary shares representing 10% of the enlarged issued share capital of PDL ("IPO") in Bahasa Indonesia, and its unofficial English translation, are attached.

Following the IPO, SML's effective interest in PDL changed from 49.40% to 44.46%.
